Personality Disorders

Sufferers with personality disorders are markedly different in how they think, feel, perceive or are in their relationships with others. These Disorders are often first noticed during teenage years and will then continue unless treated. Sufferers often feel misunderstood and this can lead to isolation and other associated mental health conditions. There are three main types of personality disorder and in counselling and psychotherapy symptoms and experiences are carefully considered so that ways can be found to manage and reduce symptoms.

Counselling and psychotherapy can offer a non judgemental space for exploring the experience of Personality Disorders and examine ways for managing and alleviating symptoms. We have extensive experience of working with people suffering with Personality Disorders.
