I am an accredited and certified coach with EMCC Global accreditation, a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching and a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching for Behaviour Change from Henley Business School. My approach draws on evidence-based methods, including Solution-Focused Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt and Chair Work, and Systems Coaching. I bring both creativity and depth to our work together.
